underwhelming experience

inflated cost closed facilities

the billing was a complete joke. they told me one amount in writing, and at checkout, it was much higher, like almost 800 euros more. after i pointed it out, they said no payment would be taken. but then, bam, they charged my card the inflated price. so unprofessional and caused a real headache during what should of been a relaxing stay, the spa and gym were closed when i booked. they said everything was open, but nope, not true. got a measly 200 euros refund for the trouble. talk about disappointing for new years.

Really good Experience

wide variety comfortable bed great omelets

The breakfast had a wide variety of dishes! I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and local cheeses. The made-to-order omelets were great, though the bread pudding was an indulgence I could not skip. I had a Classic King Room. It felt spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel has a nice spa area recently renovated. It is good. The English bar is quite cozy and features a great atmosphere, while the breakfast offers a wide selection of delicious dishes.

The staff throughout the hotel were polite. They were eager to help with any request. I received assistance with tour bookings, very convenient. I was grateful for the attentiveness I experienced.

loud music unclean bathroom

My stay had some significant issues. firstly, the noise levels were unacceptable. i could hear loud music late into the night. The hotel clearly prioritizes events over guest comfort. additionally, the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned upon arrival. i found hairs and stains on the surfaces. This lack of attention to detail is disappointing for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
